1. Shipping of products
Products are delivered by express courier, and the shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart. The standard delivery time is 24-48 hours, but any delays caused by the courier company are not our responsibility. Cash on delivery payment is made upon delivery of the package.
2. Return conditions
According to the legislation in force, only individuals may request the return of products within 14 calendar days of receipt, without giving a reason.
All return requests must be sent in writing to the e-mail address comenzi@lady-line.ro or ladyline.ro@gmail.com, accompanied by the completed Return Form (available in PDF format). After completing it, please attach it to the e-mail sent to us. For any questions, please call us at 0723 163 923.
A free return is only offered for product exchange (size, color, model, cut, or other personal reasons), through approved courier companies. If the product is returned by other methods, the costs will be borne by the customer. For the second return of a product, the transport will be borne by the customer, according to the rates in the Transport section.
The free return does NOT include requesting a refund of the product value. In this case, the customer bears the transport costs.
The returned products must be in the original packaging, intact, with all accessories and related documents.
3. Products exempt from return
For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear and women's tights cannot be returned, according to art.16 letter e of OUG 34/2014.
4. Refund
The value of the returned products will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the package, by bank transfer. For this, the customer's IBAN is required.
Returns sent with cash on delivery will not be accepted.
5. Damaged packaging
Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. Any damage to the packaging may result in the application of administrative fees:
Damage to the product box: 8% of the product value
Missing or broken labels: 5% of the product value
The amount of the administrative fee will be communicated to the customer upon receipt of the products with damaged packaging.
Used, damaged, mechanically shocked products, products that show signs of wear or are missing accessories cannot be returned. If such a product is sent for return, the customer will also bear the shipping costs for its reshipment.

The entire unpacking process is filmed and photographed in order to eliminate any doubt (suspicion) regarding the conditions in which the product was received and its condition at the time of receipt!
