How to Use:

Apply the separator to your foot according to the product image, positioning your thumb and two adjacent fingers in the dedicated holes.

Recommendations:

Gradual adaptation: For first use, wear them for 15-20 minutes, then gradually increase the wearing time by 5 minutes per session, until you adapt comfortably.
